About Unitarian Universalist Small Group Ministry
Small Group Ministry is intentional lay-led small groups that deepen and expand the ministry of a congregation. SGM helps build community and provides opportunities for deeper relationships — intimacy — and opportunity for deeper spiritual exploration and search for meaning — ultimacy.
The Unitarian Universalist Small Group Ministry Network is a grassroots organization of Unitarian Universalist congregations, small group ministry/covenant group, group leaders, and participants that coordinates information from many sources and encourages networking to enhance the development of Small Group Ministry, also called Covenant Groups, and known by various names in congregations.
